Data Storage & Security

Storage: Your data is stored securely on Vercel's infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.

Retention:

• Prompts: Stored for 90 days for improving AI models
• Generated components: Stored for 30 days for your convenience
• Account data: Retained until account deletion
• Usage logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics

Security: We use HTTPS, encrypted connections, secure authentication (Clerk), and regular security audits.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• OpenAI: AI model for component generation (prompts are sent to OpenAI API)
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
• Sentry: Error tracking (anonymized)

These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.

VS Code Extension Specific

Our VS Code extension:

• ✅ Only sends your prompts to our API
• ✅ Does NOT access your project files
• ✅ Does NOT track your coding activity
• ✅ Does NOT collect telemetry beyond API calls
• ✅ Stores API endpoint preference locally (not sent to us)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and data
• Correct: Update incorrect information
• Export: Download your generated components
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails
